I'm working on my training in Blender, an animation program, and have been watching some of the videos that have been done with the software. This is expert animation at work, not mine...yet.
So....this is a thread to talk about Blender.

eh...no. These were award winning videos done that represent the level of sophistication I am working for. I wanted to create a Blender thread and wanted to post the videos, so I mixed the two and now this thread exists.

yup. at: http://www.blender.org/download/get-blender/
you want the 32 bit installer if you're installing for windows then you need a logic library. You get that from http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.6.2/ cause its the only one Blender will work with...for now. Oh and FYI, it's free too. You're going to want the Bzipped source tar ball cause they're pretty easy for Windows to open.
