It's about moles,squiggles,hares,badgers,mice,rats,toads,lizards,otters,beavers,shrews....y'know, woodland animals.

Yeah, it's basically woodland animals, they live in an abbey called Redwall, (it's made of red sandstone) and the abbey is constantly attacked by the vermin. They're very well-written, but sadly the author, Brian Jacques, passed away a year or two ago. :( There's still over 20 books out, though.
