Amazingly, I found this book not to be commonly brought up by book lovers, anyone out there know it?

Nope.  Seen on you old profile (i think) though.  What's it about?
It's about this orphan, who is sold from his adoptive home to a con artist who steals shows from Shakespeare by writing them down...old fashioned piracy I guess...anyways, he eventually befriends the theatre people on accident. It's actually got a writing stle and plot and characters similar to RA
Really? How long ago was it published? (I was about to ask "what's it about" again. XD)
It actually came out in '98
Hm, may have a rough time getting my parents to let me read it. Who wrote it?
I have read it. It was actually pretty good and yes i agree that it has a style similar to RA. I found it accidentally when searching for my favorite book :D
discovered it when looking for books at WHO homeschool convention. Chuck Black wrote it. And if  you're allowed to read RA, you should absolutely be allowed to read these....especially if you're allowed to read HP. It has absolutely nothing innappropriate in it. And I couldn't figure out the ending (like the majority f books and movies I've read/seen)
F books...?   If it's by Chuck Black (christian author, right?), then I'll probably be able to read it.  Just not buy it...
chuck black? r u sure? i googled it and it was written by gary l blackwood...
Blackwood?  *Gesp*  He be a most turrible personage...
Oh MY GOODNESS! I can't believe I got them two confused...I did not enoy Chuck Blacks work...So sorry....I have like 16 books written by different "Black" ending names
Oh, so I'm looking under Gary I Blackwood?
