Permalink Reply by lDepressedl Jixx<3 on April 24, 2012 at 8:17pm The sick and the damned, we live on without a thought of care. Passing you by upon the streets, tearing our eyes away from theirs. These people, these mutants, these monsters in hell, dying because we're the ones that never care. They ask us why, why we let them die, we pass on by stuck with their sicking image in our minds. They're yelling and screaming, begging and moaning, charging and rearing, into the streets to carry out evil. Evil upon us, them beating and banging, tearing and stealing. They laugh as we cry. They laugh as our children die. At last we've said no more and rose up to wipe these creatures off the face of our earth! The silence that follows when no man will rise, the horrible smell of your demise. The ones who cry and the ones who die, sent out into this evil without the chance to even try. Our weapons upon them, steel against wood, deathless noises shake the whole damn earth! Falling to the ground, we all go. Begging our Gods for a hand, rejected by them as we're sent to our deaths. Kicking and jarring, slashing and killing, the wicked, the damned, the monsters, the people, worthlessly slayen for acts of treason. We turn around and demand to the people, why must we kill? Why must we die? All because of your lies! Now it's no more, we're onto you, swarming into your cribs, giving you the sense of loss. laughing at your crying and dying, we tease and taunt you. We've turned into nothing but monsters, monsters like before, monsters we hid from, monsters we fought, monsters we killed. We look up into the sky with tears in our eyes, half the population lay in pools of blood up to our thighs. The tears that fall down, enclosed by the rain, as God's voice rings out only to bring us pain! We fall to our knees in his wonderful judgement, sent to hell for our corruption! Is this why? Is this why they had to die? To bring us these thoughts of hate and hurt? As we look over we see the once wicked and damned, cleaned into wonder and sprite, as we suffer in this pit as we're joined by the men who fed us lies!
Anybody?

Alone in the desert, wrinkled and dry
I stand all alone, waiting to die
The memories of past blow past me like sand
All the chances I had
All the chances I had
To turn away from this desert,
Towards the light
To return to my family
Who cry through the night
Because of their loss
Because of mine
The abandonment I felt
Was my doing, not thine
I left them standing, I left them to die
I went to the desert
In solitude to cry
I know it was my fault, though I blame them
I left
To the desert to die

That's a very sad one.

I wrote that right after reading one of your poems, actually.

What do you know?
You know it all?
Don’t be afraid to tell
You’re driving nails into your feet impaled
Staked in the crowd
You stake all that is sound on forsaking ground
Your heart’s at impound.
The bail costs reality’s bounds
The universe is expanding
But what you are demanding
Is something more manageable.
Something more tangible
Celestial realms cannot be handled.
What do you know?
Your glow is shadowed.
Your show compliments ego.
I am a psycho
Because I chose to let go?
This dimension
Full of tension!
Did I mention mental intervention?
God’s intention is a new invention.
Mad scientist creates mankind.
Mankind becomes blind
Concubines replace sound mind.
God maybe crazy
But love, just maybe the only real sanity.
Jericho’s wall makes up the halls of an eternal pipedream.
The light at the end is the lion’s den.
Smash them down, the light is all around.
Hear that sound?
Tear them down!
What is to be found?
You’ll never know until you walk upside down.
Your “right” is a fabrication!
Righteous mutilation
Compensation for lack of inspiration.
Man your stations, this aggravation
Demands stimulation!
I don’t know about you,
But I will not be a number two.
Sequels don’t match the original!
You wallow in your filthy arrogance.
But how will you stand to the ever-expanding infinite?
