Little Things, Big Deal
Isn't it strange when the smallest things bother you the most? For example, I dropped my pudding spoon and I got so frustrated. On normal days I would think, "That's not a big deal," but not today.

No, it is not the Eiffel Tower, but you are right, it does look like that. It is actually supposed to represent an underwater city called Mahri Nui in the story/action figure line, BIONICLE.
