Codebearers

Hello, all who read this!  I decided to do a quiz-of-100-questions thing, so here goes!  You don't of course have to read them all, but you can do whatever you like with this.

     1. Who is your hero?  Well, Jesus obviously.  But besides Him, probably my Mom.  She rocks!

     2. If you could live anywhere, where would it be?  Hard to say... but I actually like where I am right now :)

     3.  What is your biggest fear?  Loosing the non-Christian loved ones around me.

     4.  What is your favorite family vacation?  Uganda, Africa. So my parents lived in Uganda as missionaries before they had us kids, and ran an orphanage called Good Shepherd's Fold. So when my big sister and I were older (I was 7 at the time), we went back to visit GSF. My Mom and Dad wanted for my sis and I to see the poverty, and appreciate all God has given us. Instead, we didn't want to leave.

     5. What would you change about yourself if you could?  Nothing physical. I would want to be more open to what God wants me to do (like lay hands on the sick and heal them), and not make excuses.

     6. What really makes you angry?  I get really annoyed at certain types of people, even though I get along with most everyone. I can dish out sarcasm, but often don't get it myself, and then get insulted. My big sister knows how to push my buttons, and when we were younger she used to, but not so much anymore.

     7. What motivates you to work hard?  Time-crunches.

     8. What is your favorite thing about your career?  ... I don't really have a career.

     9. What is your biggest complaint about your job?  I don't get paid. Mostly because I don't have a job. Mostly.

     10. What is your proudest accomplishment?  Gosh, that's hard. ...dono

     11. What is your child's favorite accomplishment?  ... I don't even know how to answer this...

     12. What is your favorite book to read?  Besides the obvious Code Bearers series, The Candymakers by Wendy Mass, or the Wingfeather Saga by Andrew Peterson, or TOMO (A graphic novel series), or Pilgrim's Progress.

  1. What makes you laugh the most?  My sister and I crack ourselves up  all the time about silly little things.
  2. What was the last movie you went to? What did you think?  Star Wars: The Force Awakens.. I think.  I liked it, although some of the scenarios that the characters got into were a little unrealistic. Because light sabers, blasters, and everything else is so realistic.
  3. What did you want to be when you were small?  A martyr (someone who dies for their faith). But then I learned what that was and wanted to be a missionary instead. I still do.

Yes, I also think it's cool to see someone else like me! :)

I have been in four plays and a few skits, and in May I'll be doing my fifth play! :D

Lol. Yeah, superheroes are fun. My current WIP is fantasy, so it doesn't have superheroes, but there are things like talking animals, dragons, elves, dwarves, orcs, and the like. I can't wait to read your writing! Hey, maybe you can join the CB Writers' Group and put it up there. :)

Well, Harriet, thank you, first of all. Second, it is cool to see someone else like me! :) I do like acting, and have been in over 7 plays. I like writing fictional books, especially ones with superheros involved. XD  I am hoping to get the first (few?) chapter(s?) put up on my page in blog format soon, so I guess you will be able to see my writing then :).

Wow! You are so cool! :D And you're a lot like me, so that probably has something to do with how cool you are. JK. XD

I also am homeschooled, may punch someone in the shoulder at any random time (just ask my brother XD), and love to write stories. I am a Christian and not ashamed of my faith, and TOTALLY look forward to meeting Jesus.

I want to be an actress and an author someday. I want to act in Christ-centered films and write books that will glorify the King. Do you like acting? What kind of books do you like to write?
