Review: Pirates of the Caribbean 4 (May be spoilers)

Pirates of the Caribbean 4 was surprisingly better than the 2nd and 3rd pirates and is up there with the Curse of the Black Pearl.

For one thing, despite the fact they changed the cast, Depp and Penelope Cruz both collided very well and did amazingly together as did the rest of the cast.

The music was a very good mix of all the classic pirates songs and had you on edge.

There were many surprises in the very well written plot, and I did not come out of the theater disappointed because I had predicted the whole thing. They also had funny, but not wholesome humor, a lot of it I would not recommend for children under the age of 13 due to its suggestiveness. The action sequences were frequent, but not over done and I was so excited for the first chase scene. It was very "Jack Sparrow"like, and it is worth paying $15 to see.

There were some scary sequences though that would be far too frightening for any person under the age of 13, but other than that it was great.

It was clever, full of action, and was unpredictable, the cast was amazing and the movie was altogether worthwhile.

i'm gonna talk to my mom about renting all the movies during our girls' movie nights. they all sound cool. TTUG showed me the snippet on Disney.com about Blackbeard and Jack's "Sir, I want to report a mutany." that was lol

That part was hilarious too, especially how perfect the music was played

Really?  I liked that bit at the end better.  *dramatic music* *leaning in for the kiss*  "...I gotta go." XD

Same here! I can not wait for it to come out on DVD. I'm trying to convince my grandma to take us. (spoiler) I also loved the part where Sparrow and Barbossa are on the rocking boat and Jack grabs the map and the skeleton looks at him. Then Barbossa lips "Don't touch the map." I laughed so hard at that part!

I'm glad I live in my town and not some big city.

Well it was eight bucks for the midnight showing in 3D, but yeah, it's usually four bucks in our theater.
